Self Contained Annexe - Heanor

We have a self contained 1 bed annexe to our home with a separate independent access. It is wheelchair accessible. It is a quiet location in a cul de sac and ideal for shift workers. There is parking available for either a car or a van outside the property.
There is a large comfy double bed with a huge ensuite shower room. The main room also has a wall mounted TV and a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle with a dining table/chair and facilities for food preparation.
Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer if required alternatively there is a launderette locally. We also have a dishwasher that could incorporate your pots on a daily basis.
There is a patio with outdoor furniture. There is a swimming pool and gym 10 mins walk away.
There are good transport links with a train service to Nottingham and bus services to Nottingham and Derby.
We are well served with a good pub for food, fast food outlets, takeaways and 5 Supermarkets.
We are a couple with 3 dogs who live in the adjoining house and respect our guests privacy.
