2 double rooms available in my fully modernised 3 bed house in Hemington close to East Midlands Airport and 20 mins to Nottingham or Derby .
I am in the military so will keep the single bedroom for my own VERY occasional use ( storage rather than sleeping ) .
The house was fully renovated 4 years ago and used on an occasional basis since .
Fully furnished the house consists of a modern kitchen , large open plan living/dining room leading onto decking /low maintenance enclosed rear garden , downstairs toilet and upstairs modern bathroom . There is a garage for my own use although the parking space in front can be utilised . There is also ample on street parking.
Hemington is situated one mile from the centre of Castle Donington and all its amenities, the village has a local inn plus a primary school. For the commuter the M1, M42 and A50 are all readily accessible as is East midlands airport and Parkway railway station with a frequent service to London St Pancras.
