Double room in quiet location

Double furnished room in terraced house. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. Also has a patio/garden overlooking fields.
No parking but it's located on a street that is mainly used by residents only.
Quiet, rural location but with good access to A38 and M1.
I'm clean and tidy and would expect the same in return! Ideally looking for a professional, mature and reliable individual.
I work full time through the week and like to walk and keep busy at the weekends. Whilst I enjoy socialising, I like a calm and relaxed home environment. I also have one small dog, who's friendly once he knows you! Unfortunately no other pets accepted.
