Room in a 2 bedroom, modern appartment

Hi, I have a modern 2 bed top floor apartment in a very nice, large village. It is on the top floor with off road parking. I am a professional person and and not always around, may be here for a night or two and then gone for a week or two... I have a choice of two rooms as I am really not that fussed about either room myself. There is a seperate bathroom with one room, or ansuite with a shower with the other. Depends which you like and what you are prepared to pay! I am very clean, tidy and like the place to look well kept. Kitchen dinner / open plan living room all furnished. I am an easy going, polite person, not married but my 12 yld daughter does pop over from time to time (but not stay over), hence the request for a female flatmate.
