Room mate wanted

I’m a 33 year old female and have an 8 year old Shih Tzu. I am a social being however, I work permanently from home in sales account managing. I am well travelled and love festivals and hiking. I work Monday to Friday full time and generally chill out in the week. I usually have some music playing throughout the day while I work. Most weekends I am out hiking.

Ideally I would like a housemate who’s not too wild and must be clean and tidy. My dog can be a little timid so someone with patience and who is kind is essential.

I am a very private person so someone into idle gossip and drama is not for me. Respectfully, I want a housemate who works full time.

I live in a 3 bedroom house and the spare double room will be the one for rent. The room is unfurnished however, the rest of the house is and the garden gets maintained by me too, so I would expect someone to respect my property.
