Need flatmate asap

Hello i am looking for someone to move into the apartment for a share, my old flatmate is moving out and its either i move as well or someone moves in and i very much would like to stay since the area is peaceful.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask but i will give as much info as possible, rent is not including water, electric, or tax, i have internet so no need to worry about that, ideally everything would be split along with utilities and tax in order to make things easier for us both. Food you get on your own unless you want to cook meals together then i don't mind doing a joint order as i don't mind. If you have a car, great, if not there is a bus stop down the road with a 15-20 min ride to Chesterfield.

There is a bakery a butchers and some small shops just down the road.

I hope you like dogs because one may be staying over every now and then, don't worry he is friendly and will warm up to you quickly, you can smoke but got to be outside along with vapeing.

I myself am very chilled and like to have a routine, i make props and puppets so if you need tools or want to use a 3D printer then i can offer those to you, and if you wanted to play games we can but other then that i may keep to myself for the first week as this is new to me. Just keep the place clean, tidy up after yourself and pay the bills when needed and all will be good.

The pictures are terrible as i need to move stuff and clean up (just got back from a trip) but the space is clear enough to see and more pictures of the rest of the apartment will be taken soon. If you want to view at any point send me a message so we can arrange a date.

We would be council tax band A for those interested, if have a job that is preferred but if not and are on benefits then you will have to discuss that with the letting agency.
