I am a 34 year old female now living by myself and am looking for a house mate to join me in my beautiful home.
My house is on a very quiet new estate just a 3 min drive from the M1 or 7 min drive into Chesterfield town centre.
The room available is furnished, very cosy & spacious and includes a king size bed.
If you WFH, I have a bright & quaint office room with shelving & storage.
The shared rooms would be the living room, bathroom, garage, WC, kitchen, very large south facing garden & a gym - again all very spacious 🙂
I have Netflix & WIFI & all bills are included in the price apart from water - I have just recently paid this years water and I expect a bill every 6 months so the next one would be due next year.
More about me - I am a tidy, clean person so would need somebody who is also on the same wave length in that aspect! I am out of the house a lot in the week and sometimes weekends but will be around in the evenings in the week. I work in a CrossFit gym in Nottingham and also run a sports therapy business.
I have recently had a purpose built gym/treatment room built in the garden - this is an amazing space and you would be welcome to use it when I don’t have clients in there.
A female gym friend / someone I can just talk life with would be great but I’m not being picky! I like to travel here & abroad competing in CrossFit and seeing the world. Big dog lover but if you do have a dog they can’t malt unfortunately.
Also - Big coffee fan!
