Double room in house share with one other person

Looking for a housemate to share my quiet, semi-detached house in the Hope Valley. I'm an outdoorsy gay lad into climbing, scrambling and hiking (hence living there!), skiing, wild swimming. Work from home part of the week. Looking ideally for someone also into the outdoorsy stuff. Not looking for someone who wants to turn it into a party house, so if that's you this isn't the house for you!

The room: Double room with east facing windows overlooking the garden at the back of the house, with blind and curtains. Double bed with mattress (and bedding if needed), bedside tables and large wardrobe with sliding doors.

One shared bathroom, another toilet downstairs, shared lounge and dining room, large kitchen with range cooker and double width fridge/freezer. Storage space in two garden sheds, large decking area at the end of the garden (great in the summer!). Space for a car on the drive. Quiet area with friendly neighbours. Only me in the house, no other housemates. 5 mins drive from Hope railway station and 5 mins walk to the Co-op in the village. Nearest big supermarket is 30 mins drive. Public transport in the area isn't great, so you'll need have your own car. Several gyms in the local villages and there's a lush lido in Hathersage. Couple of pubs in the village and some really great ones in the local area if you're into your food.
