Room available in the beautiful Peak District

The accommodation would be suitable for someone who wants to live in the country but in easy reach of either Sheffield (10 miles)or Manchester, and would like a beautiful location to either study in or go to work from. There are good road and rail links to both places and the beautiful Peak District is literally on the doorstep. The nearby village has many amenities including an outdoor swimming pool open from spring into early autumn.

The room has a double bed and washbasin, the house has one bathroom and the kitchen and sitting area would be shared. There's a pleasant garden. I'm not finicky but would expect a good standard of tidiness and cleanliness and shared housework of shared areas!

The house is quiet after 11. 30pm. There is limited parking.

I'm open to considering weekend or holiday guests. All bills except landline are included in rent including Council Tax.
