Housemate wanted

My name is Hannah, I am a 27 year old female.

I own the home but work away at least 5 days of the week so I am looking to let out my spare double room. I also have a smaller bedroom I’m happy to share for extra storage or to offer an office space.

Whoever lives with me will have the property to themselves the majority of the time and this is reflected in the price.

I am quite an easy going person however I do like things to be clean and would expect anyone who lives with me to be clean and tidy as well. I am looking for someone who can become a friend as well as a lodger.

I am very into my fitness and the outdoors but I do also like to chill with a drink and some good food!

My sister is currently living in my house so it will not become available until June.

The house will be furnished slightly differently once I move in however the photos give a good indication of the size and space.

I would prefer to live with another female.
