Near enough to walk to shops, restaurants and takeaways, train station, bus-routes to Nottingham and Derby, walking and cycle paths with Shipley Country Park and the Nutbrook Trail virtually on the doorstep. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and there's a parking space if you're a car owner. Available from September 2023.
I occasionally dog-sit for family members, so you'd have to be really comfortable around dogs. I'm looking for someone who likes the quiet life, as I'm in bed for 10pm most nights and an early riser. I don't own a tv, but you're welcome to have one in your room.
The house is light and airy and has a peaceful feel to it - small but functional - there's plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen and you'll have your own crockery - there's also a downstairs loo.
Shorter lets considered, different rates apply.
