Large Double Bed/living/dining room

Large double room - double bed, settee, dining table and chairs, wardrobe, drawer unit, lamp in lovely spacious room. Comfortable, with plenty of scope to make the space your own. Great views, close to road, bus and rail transport links, near to shops, restaurants and town with access to walking/cycling paths into Shipley Park and the Nutbrook Trail straight from the door.
I'm fairly quiet, working 5 days a week and usually walking most weekends. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, self-sufficient, clean and tidy, considerate and respects others space and belongings. If you like going out drinking and socialising until late, it won't be the right place for you as I get up early and am usually asleep by 10pm.
I occasionally dog sit, so you will have to be ok with dogs. I'm a vegetarian, although I don't mind what anyone else eats. I practice Yoga and meditate and love animals and being in nature. I live a fairly simple life, which is usually easy-going and drama free and that's how I like it,
