Beautiful double bedroom to let with a separate own bathroom. The 4 bedroomed house is located near town centre and close to Ilkeston train station for commuting. I currently live alone as a professional female and looking for a female in a similar situation.

The house has 3 double bedrooms and an office, two lounges and open plan kitchen. A large garden and seating area for entertaining and parking for up to 3 cars behind a locked gate.

I do have two very small dogs who are house trained and hypoallergenic so no shedding.

Room has a full king size bed and drawer storage and smart TV.
