A well-kept ensuite single room is available in a friendly shared house on Wheeldon Avenue, near Kedleston Road, Derby. The room comes furnished and includes a private bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy, ideal for someone looking for a relaxed and comfortable home.

The house is shared by three people, and we keep shared areas clean and welcoming. The kitchen and living spaces are well maintained, and the atmosphere is respectful and easy-going.

Location & Transport:
This property benefits from excellent transport links. There are several bus stops within a short walk (within 2–5 minutes) on Kedleston Road, with frequent services into Derby city centre, the University area, Rolls-Royce, Alvaston, and Markeaton Park. Buses to the train station and other major routes are regular, making it very convenient for commuting and travel.
