The house is shared by three people, and we keep shared areas clean and welcoming. The kitchen and living spaces are well maintained, and the atmosphere is respectful and easy-going.

There are several bus stops within a short walk (within 2–5 minutes) on Kedleston Road, with frequent services into Derby city centre, the University area, Rolls-Royce, Alvaston, and Markeaton Park. Buses to the train station and other major routes are regular, making it very convenient for commuting and travel.
