Cheap and cheerful student house!

Hi there! We are looking for a tenant for a single bed room for the next academic next year!
The bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom house on Hollands way, a very handy location for other students.

We understand the room is a bit smaller, so you would be paying less than the other 2 occupants. This way if the current world circumstances continue, this wouldn't be a big burden, and if we are back to usual you would still have money left over from your loan... A bit of a win win.

The house itself has a spacious living room, downstairs toilet, garden and good sized kitchen. There is also on-street parking available- although this can get a bit cramped. There is a virtual house tour available, on request.
