It is the rear, first-floor bedroom with a double-bed and desk. Plenty of storage space is available with additional under-staircase space.
One shared bathroom with a shower-bath, and a washing machine is available. The house also has a large living room with functional TV.
The house also has a garden space area with a shed for further storage.
There is plenty of parking outside the house, all the way down Side Ley road, so finding space shouldn’t usually be an issue.

Rent is currently £375 ppm, not including bills.
