Rooms to rent near EMA

4 bedroom detached house. It is me and a cat then there are 3 spare bedrooms, 2 doubles and a small single for guests. I have an ensuite so you will get main use of the main bathroom. There is a private driveway for parking. It is less than 10 minutes drive to EMA and around 15 minutes by Skylink bus. The bus stop is a three minute walk from my house.

I work full time, so will be out during the day, one room has a desk and there is a desk downstairs with desk chair. Short term lets OK.

I will provide bedding and there are towels if you want to use them. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can use the pots, pans, crockery, appliances, etc. There's an American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

There are 2 living rooms both with wood burning fires, which are lovely in winter.
