You would be living with 3 friendly veterinary students, currently in year 4. The room is available from July 2025, for the next academic year. The charge is £280 PCM (excluding bills, half rent July & August if unoccupied and used for storage only). It comprises of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers, good sized desk, pin and white board and it is surprisingly spacious. You will be sharing the main bathroom with just one other person, so no issues queuing in the morning.

The whole of the ground floor of the 4 bedroom home is communal and consists of entrance hallway, leading to the large kitchen/ diner across the back, with the large lounge to the front right, cloakroom. With all the downstairs being communal, the house is designed to feels very much like a home rather than a student let.

The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 good sized bathrooms. There is off road parking for 2 - 3 cars, plus a garage with power and a lots of addition parking on the quiet road which is always free and in view of the house.

I am Lisa the owner and private landlord who has owned the house since my daughter attended SB as a veterinary student, Therefore, I understand the importance of a nice homely base and I believe I am very friendly and approachable. The house is in excellent condition with any maintenance concerns being dealt with quickly.
