A room (£350 including bills) in a lovely 3 bedroom house in Kegworth will be available in January. I am currently there but I'm looking for someone to take over my contract as I wish to move in with friends in Loughborough. The room will therefore be available in January and I'm flexible as to when but ideally after the 15th. There is a shared a living room with two large sofa's, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a garden, shed, garage and drive with with room for 2-3 cars. Nice, friendly flatmates. I'll be adding photos soon. It defiantly one worth considering.
