I am looking for someone who is interested in renting a room at my home in Kirk Hallam all bills included (gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi and council tax) it's a nice double size bedroom, plenty of sockets with a nice view out the bedroom window, bedroom can be decorated however you wish. The room will be rented out unfinished however there is a bed you can use. The rest of the house is fully furnished, fully working bathroom and kitchen, big spacious living room with tv and dining table. There will be room on the drive for one car if you drive. The ideal person must be trustworthy, professional and clean, but more importantly they must like dogs as I have two very well behaved springer spaniels. The tenant would ideally be a female as there is another female.
