He only stops here about twice a month so hardly ever here. I stop there some of the time so there is plenty of space for everyone. It is a 3 bed house and good size garden which catches the evening sun. There is a bus route very close to the property and it’s 5 mins from derby. All bills included, just need to buy your own food. It’s super fast broadband. The bedroom available is 2.6 metres by 2.4 metres.
