I have for rent this lovely room, measuring 12 x 15 feet with dual aspect in my house in Lea Bridge. I live here happily with two lodgers.
The room is fully furnished . The room has an en-suite with a double shower, toilet and basin.. There is an ample walk-in wardrobe, eight plug sockets and tv aerial and Freeview receiver.
The house is in a quiet, beautiful, rural neighbourhood on the edge of the Derbyshire Dales, with lots of walking and cycling opportunities. . It is an easy commute to Chesterfield, Alfreton, Belper, Matlock and surrounding areas. There are buses but not too many so use of a vehicle is recommended to live here. The railway station is 5 minutes drive away with direct hourly trains to Derby and Nottingham. You can share the drive for your vehicle and store a bike safely in the garage if required.
I have two living rooms which you are welcome to share. There is a dining kitchen with a bigger dining table in the dining room.. You will have full access to the garden with washing line, table and chairs/sun lounger. I have a friendly Greyhound/Saluki who is loved by everyone in the house. When permitted my two rescue chickens roam freely in the garden. I am happy to consider a pet.
We are a happy, considerate, interesting household and would love to share with an equally considerate person.
