Large furnished double-room in Littleover

I am letting a large room in my Edwardian end-terrace home which retains many of the original features and is, in my obviously biased opinion, charming and well appointed.

The room is approx 20ft x 20ft with a king-size bed, bed-side table, chests of drawer, a desk and a wardrobe. It also has a double-glazed sash window over-looking the back garden and a feature fireplace. You will have shared use of the kitchen and utility room, which includes: oven (5 ring gas hob and double electric oven), microwave, dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

There is shared use of the bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower, cast iron roll-top bath, 2 separate sinks, wc etc. There is also available an additional bathroom downstairs which has a shower, toilet and sink if you want to use this.

The £400/mth rent includes all bills (incl Virgin TV and WiFi) and a cleaner.

The living room has a sofa and two armchairs, large TV, with Virgin and wifi broadband.

There is a separate dining room with large dining table and chairs and storage.

One housemate is a male post-grad medicine student about to start his career as a doctor. The other is a female Spanish national doing a post-grad placement at Rolls Royce as an aeronautical engineer. They are both very friendly and outgoing.

Getting the right mix of people is more important to me than turning a profit.
