I am 35, live by myself in a 3 storey new build house and have a double room to rent on the top floor. There are 2 fitted wardrobes, double bed with storage underneath and 2 sets of draws. There is also a bathroom on that floor which i dont use. Very ocassionally I use the bath and if I have guests to stay they may use it but not very often. I have an ensuite so the bathroom would be yours! Tv in room that’s got a now tv stick for Netflix etc but no freeview.

I work 9-5 Mon to Fri so im pretty quiet in the week and would want a housemate to respect that.

For Mon -Fri £350 p/m.

I have a drive with parking for 2 cars, quite a large garden. All bills inc wifi. I am a clean and tidy person and want someone who is the same.

I wouldn’t want a lodger who works from home permanently. An occasional day would be ok.
