Monday-Friday room in a cosy friendly home :)

I own the above property with my fiancé (who works away all week every week pretty much) I am therefore considering renting the spare bedroom out & furnishing it as required. I would consider weekend rental too but this is when my partner is home and I would prefer our home to remain private at this time. The house has 3 bedrooms and therefore you would have two to choose from. You could treat the room as your own & decorating is allowed in the room you have chosen should you wish.

I work full time during the week and often am out during the evening. I have a cat who comes and goes and is extremely well behaved and also a small dog who is only in the house whenever I am myself and is also loving and well behaved. Large kitchen diner and porch. Shared living room. Double shower and bath. Located next to M1.

I would prefer a working female however open to all applications. All bills included, except food.
