3 bed terrace unoccupied for 5/7 days

Looking for employed preferably. 3 bed terrace house with dinning room, downstairs bathroom and outside bar. The house is unoccupied 4/5 nights a week and any Tennant needs to be aware I have a 15 year old daughter who stays 2 nights a week. Strictly no smoking in the house or recreational drug use. No restrictions in the house other than my daughters bedroom. Images only show the bedroom that will be rented.
