The house is being slowly renovated: your room, the kitchen and the bathroom is complete, but others are a little dated, hence the low rent.
We also have a lively, but quiet, Jack Russell dog.
Ideally you will be working full-time, a non-smoker and your wild partying days will be (largely) behind you.
We don't mind if you are looking for something short-term while you seek a more permanent home, or a long-term home.
