Beautiful end terraced cottage

Ive had to move for work and put the house on the market. We don't know how long it will take to sell but it could be years. The house has 3 bedrooms, I am renting two of them, either to one person, or two separate ones. The house has a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs, small but compact house. It's partly furnished: double bed and single bed wardrobes, dining room table, sofas, fridge, washing machine and cooker. We are 20 mins walking away from Ashbourne town centre and there are many amenities nearby. Driving 15 min away from Uttoxeter and on the other side 15 mins away from Leek. About 20 min drive from Derby.
