L shaped landing with x3 double bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes, master bedroom has an en-suite (this is Jaime's room), x1 single bedroom/office, family bathroom. There is access to the attic from the landing too.

Monthly rent includes household bills including broadband but does not include food expenses. We have our own cupboards in the kitchen so you will be responsible for doing your own food shopping and keeping your own cupboards tidy & clean.

The new housemate must be tidy, polite and non-smoking.
