We are close to the East Midlands airport and have good access to the A50/A453 / M1/ A52. Also ideally located to the M42- routes to Birmingham.

Ideal if your wanting to commute to Rolls Royce / Bombardier / Toyota or Castle Donington / East Midlands Airport

This is for a room only, with use of small kitchenette, no kitchen or living room facilities available.

We do not accept permanent double occupancy although a room supplement applies for visitors per night stayed.

We ask night shift workers to consider noise, to minimise any disruption caused to other guests.
We value the peace and quiet so we ask that our quests can do this too.
No children allowed for long term stays due to disruption to other guests.
