There is space on the drive for your car. Also plenty of parking on the road.

It's a quiet safe street, of mainly retired folk.

Cheaper rent for the time being as I'm currently in the middle of renovating the downstairs living spaces, and potentially other areas of the house too in the future.

There's no living room available yet due to renovations.

I work full time so I only get around to renovating at weekends usually.

The nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk down the road and goes to Derby City centre.

Walking distance to the Royal Derby Hospital.
