There is a cosy lounge available to use in the evenings with large flatscreen TV. There is a courtyard style garden with outside clothes line, patio table and chairs. All bills are inclusive, including BT Broadband.

Easy access to Ashby, Burton and Derby. Ample off road, safe parking. Close to nature trails, National Forest, biking trails, canals and lakes. Accessible to all commuting routes, including East Midlands airport. Garage available to store bikes etc.
