Room teas, coffees, WiFi, and tv. & fridge freezer in room. You can chill at the front or behind gardens. Plenty of parking space & gated for safety. FEMALES ONLY APPLY. VIEWINGS END APRIL

SPACE Outdoor greenery front & back with stables & fields - to come & go & relax as you please (even volunteer to look after ponies)

FREE UTILITY BILLS - Water rates, electricity and gas bills are all paid by us (subject to average use age)

WASHING MACHINE - subject to fair & average use once per week.

FREE COUNCIL TAX - While the property is banded per house the council tax will be covered under your rent.

FREE CLEANING - This is always limited to a general communal clean to keep the area to a good standard. You are responsible for cleaning your room but if you would like your room cleaning please discuss.
