Looking for a new flatmate - New Mills

I'm looking for someone to come and take over my house mates tenancy as she is moving out to start a new life with her (about to arrive) baby and partner.

Preferably someone who is happy doing their own thing for the most part and shares similar interests to myself (reading, music, film+tv)

The apartment itself is one of a few in a converted pub building, it's located in what would of been the beer cellar but with plenty of natural light through the glass double doors leading out to the balcony that overlooks the beautiful natural gorge that runs through the town.

The available room's window looks out on to the same view.

The renovation work on the building left beautiful vaulted brick ceilings and a modern aesthetic.

The room available is the smaller of the two but with space for a double bed, side tables and wardrobe. There is also a large shared living space/kitchen which I don't often spend a large amount of time in and was more than happy for my current flatmate to make it their own space alongside their room.

I had fibre optic internet installed and so there is fast and reliable wifi.

There is a Co-op a two minute walk away and it's a five minute walk in to the centre of New Mills where there are rail and bus stations.
