Bedroom, office and bathroom to rent

Hey! I'm Elle. I own a semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs cloakroom). I run a freelance copywriting business from home and am doing a PhD in Psychology at the University of Sheffield.

I have two spare rooms that I'm looking for a housemate to fill. I'm only looking for one houemate - basically, both rooms are on the smaller side, so the idea is you would have a main bedroom and an office/living space to do what you like with. The main bathroom would also be yours (as I have an ensuite in my bedroom).

I've refurbed the whole house since I moved in 4 years ago, so the kitchen and all the bathrooms are new.

I can't include pictures of the bedrooms at the moment as the ensuite is currently being installed, so the house is a bit messy. But I will add pictures as soon as I can. Until then, feel free to get in touch to come and take a look at the space. I've of course added pictures of the downstairs, so you can get an idea of the vibe of the house.

In terms of who I'm looking to live with - I'm looking for a professional who just wants to chill when they're at home. I'm quite quiet to live with and would prefer someone who's also fairly quiet. For example, my ideal Sunday is spent pottering in the kitchen with Classic FM on. I'm clean and tidy, and would prefer to live with someone who also likes to live in a clean and tidy space.

Oh, I have a dog - she's a Beagle, her name is Sylvie, so it's pretty essential that you like dogs. She's well trained, though she can bark a lot when she's excited. Otherwise, she's very friendly and extremely cuddly.
