What's Included:

FREE UTILITY BILLS - Water rates, electricity and gas bills are all paid by us (subject to a fair usage policy and other terms and conditions apply)

SERVICE FEE - £3 a week

COUNCIL TAX - While the property is banded per house the council tax will be covered under your rent as a gesture of goodwill. If and when the Central Valuation Office re-band the property to each room you will become responsible for this payment.

FREE CLEANING - This is limited to a general communal clean to keep the house to a good standard at all times. The occupiers would still be responsible for cleaning their rooms but if you would like your room cleaning please enquire for more details. (subject to terms and conditions)

FREE GARDENING - We provide a professional gardener that maintains the gardens to keep the property gardens looking presentable at all times and for the occupiers to use during summer months. (subject to terms and conditions)

We have various room sizes in this property and across our portfolio including small and standard size single, standard double size and double size rooms with kitchenettes or tea Points, Single and Double En-Suite Rooms with prices starting from as little as £75 to £130 per week.

Monthly safety maintenance checks are conducted at each property which will include access to your room *please ask for further details.
