Room For Rent in Shared House

House is semi detatched.
The room available to rent is a small sized double and fully furnished.
House is a new build on the alma estate. Shop is a 2 minute walk as are bus stops, close access to motorway, take aways, post office and pharmacy. Easy access to Five Pits Trail.
We are clean and mostly always tidy, (hey we're not perfect!)
Would like someone who will help with all household chores, someone reliable with rent, and someone animal friendly.
We do have 4 dogs, all well behaved, and one of us is mostly always home. We also have guinea pigs and rabbits. Any questions feel free to ask!

PS -- We do have parking at front, and an enclosed rear garden with washing line. We are happy for you to use all our stuff, so long as treated with care and not damaged, lost or taken out of the house.
