Double room to let in Old Glossop, just a 20 min walk to train station which offers services to Manchester inside 40 minutes. 5 minute walk to Manor Park and fantastic views of the local countryside.
The room contains a bed, wardrobe and 2 drawer units all of which can be used or removed as requested.
There are 3 great pubs within a 5 minute walking distance.
The rent includes payment towards all bills. The internet connection is super fast fibre broadband. I can be flexible with the dates of rent payment.
The room will be your private space with additional access to shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

A little about me...I am aged 43 and I have an 8 yr old son who stays with me on alternate weekends.
I'm a pretty easy going guy and get on with people of all ages. I like football, music, gaming (xbox), quizzes and the odd drink.
