The room is in the rear of the property, down a separate corridor, and has its own bathroom so you will have your own privacy.
The shared communal areas - living/dining room, kitchen, etc - will be shared with only one other person (myself).
The apartment itself is light, well-presented and spacious. Situated on the top floor, it has some lovely views. If you would like photos let me know :)
I will provide you with more than adequate fridge and cupboard space. Having lived in house-shares in the past, I know what makes for easy communal living! You are also welcome to use my items (cooking utencils, plates, cutlery, kitchen appliances, etc).
The property has an exceptional shared outdoor space consisting of well-maintained gardens and several seating areas by a brook with lovely views of the countryside.
There are great transport links - near to Willington train station and very close to the A38/M1/M42. Also, 20 minutes by car to East Midlands airport. Easy access to surrounding cities (Derby, Liecester, Nottingham, Birmingham). Close to the Peak District and local attractions.
Lovely nearby pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops; including Mercia Marina and Foremark Reservoir. If you are new to the 5 can provide you with a list of local attractions, recommendations, and walks.
Across the road from the Bulls Head and a short walk to Repton school.
Off road car parking available. Also, there are plenty of spaces for guests to park.
Furniture included: double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, small desk, chair, bedside table, smart TV, small table and shelves. Also, bedding and towels are available, including pillows and duvet.

I am a 29-year-old English teacher. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, reading and drinking wine. I am fairly sociable but also like my peace. I am clean, tidy and respectable.
