Double en-suite room in large home

As my wife will be taking a job abroad from August, I would like to rent one of our rooms out. I am seeking a respectful and professional housemate. The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so there is plenty of space. It is located in a woodland location, so very quiet and peaceful.
All bills will be included and there is an off street parking space directly outside available.
I work a mixture of day and night shifts as I'm an engineer, so there will be times when I am sleeping throughout the day - I would hope for a respectful housemate.
We have two friendly Dachshunds who like human company, so you must like dogs. If you are able to let them out occasionally (when I am at work on nights and before bed), the room rate can be reduced as a thank you.
The room that's available isn’t currently pictured as I will be buying a new bed for it, but it is a similar size and style to the other bedrooms. It is located on the top floor and has its own en-suite with walk in shower. Any questions, please reach out.
