We have a large, bright double room available from the 17th of September.

You’ll be living with myself and another housemate. We’re two women in our early 20s and mid 30s.

The room overlooks the garden and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk. It has a connection point for a TV. The bathroom is shared with one other person. There’s a second bathroom that you’re welcome to use and a downstairs toilet. There’s also a dishwasher, additional freezer, and washing machine.

The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk away from Riddings park. There’s plenty of parking and good transport connections. By car it’s 10 minutes to Alfreton, 30 minutes to Derby, and 35 minutes to Nottingham. It’s a five-minute walk to the bus stop and two small supermarkets.

The rent is £450 per calendar month and includes:
