Double room available in Riddings

We have a large, bright double room available from the 7th of February.

You’ll be living with myself and another housemate. We’re two women in our mid 20s and 30s. This is a clean, calm, and quiet space (although singing in the shower is encouraged). I lived in house shares for many years before moving here, so it’s a priority for me and that everyone feels equally at home.

We each have a cat. Kevin is a loving, clumsy, ball of fluff, who will become your best friend if you let him. Poppy is a dainty diva and a slow burner who may tolerate some fuss if you have the right treats to hand.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bookcase. There’s space for additional furniture, and a connection point for a TV.

The house has two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. There’s also a dishwasher, additional freezer, washer, and dryer. We have fast broadband, and you’ll have full access to the smart heating system.

The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk away from Riddings park. There’s plenty of parking and good transport connections. By car it’s 10 minutes to Alfreton, 30 minutes to Derby, and 35 minutes to Nottingham. It’s a five-minute walk to the bus stop and two small supermarkets.

The rent is £500 per calendar month and includes:
