The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk away from Riddings park. There’s plenty of parking and good transport connections. By car it’s 10 minutes to Alfreton and Ripley, 30 minutes to Derby, and 40 minutes to Nottingham. It’s a five-minute walk to the bus stop and two small supermarkets.
