Furnished Double Room To Rent

Hi,

I am currently looking for an individual /couple to rent a spare room in my house.

The house is a 3 bed mid terraced house with a converted attic making it effectively a 4 bed house. There is currently a tenant residing there with a (very friendly) dog and I am only looking for one person or a couple to move in leaving two bedrooms spare for communal storage etc

The bathroom is shared along with the rest of the house that comprises of living room, dining room and kitchen.

The house is fully furnished and the room for rent has bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa and armchair.

(You are also welcome to use either of the spare rooms for storage).

The price per month for one person is £300 or for a couple it's £500.

I am also open to accepting weekly lets at £100 per week.

All bills are included and BT Infinity Unlimited Wifi is also available.

The house would suit somebody looking for a friendly, relaxed approach to their living environment or somebody looking for a cheaper, more relaxed approach to working away and the room is perfect for your digs.
