This is a lovely Edwardian house in a desirable residential area. The street is super-quiet, nearby are some delightful walks.

Double bed, Bedside table/drawers, table lamp, wardrobe, full length mirror, comfortable sofa, a large corner type computer desk/table, adjacent drawers/display unit. Strong signal Wi-Fi, TV aerial point, exclusive use of double doors to patio and can be your private entrance if desired.

The Shower Room has a large walk-in shower, toilet, large mirror, plus basin unit with cupboards and shelves.
Share shower room with 1 other gent, a quiet and considerate long term lodger. Also a utility area with additional cupboard space, if required.

In the kitchen you will have use of the dining table, plus your own cupboard, plus allocated fridge and freezer space. Use of a gas-hob cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble-drier. Shared use of external kitchen door with Burglar alarm facility.
