It adjoins open fields and there is good walking from the door. 4 Minutes drive away from the Jct 29A of the M1 and very near the Markham Vale industrial areas and new business developments. Perfect for contractors. Please note, this is a very remote place and having your own transport is essential to get anywhere. The Bus stop is close by and on the number 90 bus route.

All bills included, fully furnished for long term renting. Keys must be returned personally and room checked upon departure in exchange for your deposit, subject to inventory checks.
For short term lets under a month, the nightly charge is £27 per night.
