If you prefer a room in a house located in a quiet, beautiful area in South Normanton, far from noisy transport, but at the same time, within a 2 min drive to the M1 and A38 major roads, then we can offer you a room in a clean comfortable room in a house overlooking the garden . At your disposal there is a double bed, mattress, double wardrobe, kitchen facilities, bathroom, and parking for a car. Free WiFi is also available. This room would suit a working professional single quiet SINGLE FEMALE (no couples) who likes her own space and this gender is PREFERED simply because there is another female in the property, although consideration will be given to all. The house is very clean and we expect some house rules to be respected and adhered too and we kindly ask that they are. PLEASE NOTE: A 3 MONTH stay is the proposed length of time as the property would be marketed to be sold... All bills are included, council tax etc.

At the moment the room is occupied and basically should be vacant from around the 15th January as the person will be moving on, but could be a few days further on
