The garden, parking and also a shed are included. You will have your own bathroom downstairs, a large, spacious, all furnished double room and all the utilities will be included in the rent, including high speed broadband. The house is situated in a quiet and beautifull area.
I am a chill, calm, quiet and very friendly occupant. I am looking for someone professional, serious, who wants to enjoy a nice and quiet house. The house is newly refurbished and all the furniture and electronics are brand new. So, if you looking for a great place to live, this would be your choice. Location is close to the town centre and M1/A38. I do ask for a deposit, just to make sure, everything will be kept at the highest standards, as this house will be offered.
