I am a sociable and friendly person with 1 double Bedroom to let in two bedroomed old house, close to East Midlands Designer Outlet, local amenities, bus routes and handy for M1 and A38.
Shared bathroom and kitchen.

Rent and Bond negotiable within reason.

Shared social room on ground floor. 
gardens to the back of the property.

Bills included and council tax.
Cigarette smoking not tolerated within the house but is fine on the back garden.
Must be pet lover ( dog in the house ) But no pets permitted.
Ring for a chat and/or to have a look. En suite is not available but the bathroom is very clean and airy.
