IMPORTANT: There are dogs and cats in the house and so lodger must love pets and be tolerant of them around the house.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is a shared social room/lounge dining room.

Atmosphere relaxed.

Landlord very sociable and chilled type of person who enjoys company and dislikes 'rules' unless they become necessary.
