Deposit is required against damages but can be paid in instalments to suit your needs. I prefer a single occupier for the room and do no accept couples. Due to cost of living. However can be a maximum of two households in this property.

A new roof fitted the house also has both central heating
with smart radiator valves.
It has also just had a Battery backup system installed so if the national grid fails (which is getting more common now days) you will still have lighting tv cooker and internet and everything you would normally have.

You will have your own separate Fridge with a small freezer. plenty of cupboard space etc in kitchen.

I can let the property to 2 persons or a family. Does not matter to me Just be clean and tidy is all I ask and also look after my property. If i see stuff has gone missing you will be billed for it.
