I have two double room(s) that I let in South Normanton, This room is one of theme in the photo. You are welcome to use rest of house as you wish provided its available.

Deposit is required against damages but can be paid in instalments to suit your needs. I prefer a single occupier for each room as can be a maximum of two households in this property.

Featuring, set of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe rails, Gigabit LAN hard wired into the room. Full alarm system & CCTV, Fruit Machine (just for fun really) Large dining room shared Bathroom with Shower / Bath / Dual flush toilet and tiled floor.

I've had new doors fitted that are fitted with locks and new architraves, Tiled flooring to the dining room, freshly painted stairs and new carpeting to the hallway and stairs.
A new roof fitted the house also has both central heating
with smart radiator valves.
It has also just had a Battery backup system installed so if the national grid fails (which is getting more common now days) you will still have lighting tv cooker and internet and everything you would normally have.

You will have your own separate Fridge with a small freezer. plenty of cupboard space etc in kitchen.

I am the kind of landlords that believes if you maintain a property and look after then tenants they will look after you. Unfortunately I have now had to reduce the amount of bills I pay on this property due to government rules coming into force it has made it no profitable.

There is solar on the roof so this should save you a further £1000 in electricity if used correctly. I need to keep several systems up and running for heating, energy storage this requires internet to work as for this i will include free internet its not the fastest but it should get you by.

I can let the property to 2 persons or a family. Does not matter to me Just be clean and tidy is all I ask and also look after my property.

I have had issues with some items disappearing from the property/shed, it does not matter where or how these have disappeared you are responsible for losses if you live there. Losses will only increase rent or allow me to remove from deposit.
