I have a double room(s) to let in South Normanton, This room is not the one in the photo. You are welcome to use rest of house as you wish provided its available. Prices now are to reflect gas and energy due to them going up.

Deposit is required against damages but can be paid in instalments to suit your needs. I prefer a single occupier for the room and do no accept couples. Due to cost of living.

Featuring large double bed, set of drawers and wardrobe rails, Gigabit LAN hard wired into the room. Full alarm system & CCTV, Fruit Machine (just for fun really) Large dining room shared Bathroom with Shower / Bath / Dual flush toilet and tiled floor.

I've had new doors fitted that are fitted with locks and new architraves, Tiled flooring to the dining room, freshly painted stairs and new carpeting to the hallway and stairs.
A new roof fitted the house also has both central heating
with smart radiator valves.
It has also just had a Battery backup system installed so if the national grid fails (which is getting more common now days) you will still have lighting tv cooker and internet and everything you would normally have.

You will have your own separate Fridge with a small freezer. plenty of cupboard space etc in kitchen.

I would prefer a female sharer but anyone is welcome to contact me provided they are clean and tidy.

I am constantly improving this property so if do decide you want the room and have any issues please feel free to say and I will go out of my way to get what you need.

Bills are included however I will only pay up to £400 per month in bills anything you use over this you will be liable for. as I can afford someone to run up a £100 per week gas and electric bill because the like the heating on at 30C all summer. Please speak to me about this. Internet will be free as I need to keep several systems up and running for heating, energy storage this requires internet to work and send notifications of issues.
